Mini Client Monthly Services – $75
- For clients with less than 30 transactions per month
- Maintain data feeds into your accounting software files
- Categorize credit card and bank statements up to 30 transactions per month
- Reconcile up to 2 bank and card statements per month
- Monitoring of vendors needing W9s
- this does not include filing of 1099s at year end
- Issue monthly financial report package including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss by the 20th of the month following the close of the month
Small Client Monthly services – $125
- For clients with less than 75 transactions per month
- Maintain data feeds into your accounting software files
- Reconcile up to 3 bank and card statements per month
- Monitoring of vendors needing W9s
- this does not include filing of 1099s at year end
- Issue monthly financial report package including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss by the 20th of the month following the close of the month
Standard Client Monthly Services – $500
- Categorize credit card and bank statements up to 250 transactions per month
- Maintain data feeds into your accounting software files
- Reconcile up to 3 bank and card statements per month
- Monitoring of vendors needing W9s
- this does not include filing of 1099s at year end
- Issue monthly financial report package including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss by the 20th of the month following the close of the month
